Delta Development of Western New York, Inc. is a private not-for-profit housing development and management company founded in 1988. It was formed to provide adequate, affordable housing for low income households, senior citizens and the handicapped. A printable list of housing managed by Delta is available here. The organization's service area encompasses the eight county region of Western New York State contained within the Buffalo Diocese.

The formation of the organization resulted from the advocacy work conducted by the Housing Division of Catholic Charities, the development work of the Diocese of Buffalo and a long-term commitment to providing adequate, affordable housing for low income households, senior citizens and the handicapped.

From its inception, Delta has formed unique partnerships and been involved with numerous community agencies, advocacy groups, federal, state, and local funding agencies and private investors in order to achieve its goal of developing and managing quality housing communities throughout WNY. Delta has an active Board of Directors with expertise in the areas of accounting, finance, architecture, construction, community development and human services. Delta's professional staff carries out the day to day operations of the organization, including the management of twenty-one housing sites

Holy Family Senior Housing Project Dedication September 27, 2011
